HB 104 -- Retired Commissioners Sponsor: Treadway This bill allows retired commissioners to apply to the Missouri Supreme Court to serve as senior commissioners. Compensation for serving as a senior commissioner when added to the commissioner's retirement pay may not exceed the current compensation for the position from which the commissioner retired.
