HB 1033 -- Public Officers

Co-Sponsors:  Merideth, Myers, Gratz

This bill prohibits members of the General Assembly, the
Governor, Attorney General, and Secretary of State from
accepting any compensated state employment within the judicial,
legislative, or executive branch of state government within one
year of holding office if the employment is obtained by means of
appointment by the Governor or appointment by a member of a
commission appointed by the Governor.
