HB 1031 -- State Aid to Community Colleges

In addition to operational funds, current law authorizes state
funds for the maintenance and repair of facilities and grounds
of community college districts.  This bill specifies that
community college districts are eligible to receive maintenance
and repair funds for any and all related expenses, including but
not limited to the expenses of parking lots, heating,
ventilation and air conditioning systems, landscaping, and
sidewalks.
