HB 1025 -- County Employees' Retirement Fund

Sponsor:  Lakin

This bill permits employees of county election boards to become
members of the County Employees' Retirement Fund.  It also
permits persons who had been employed by county election boards
on July 1, 1998, who had 8 years of service, and who terminated
employment before August 28, 1999, to become special
consultants, whose benefits would be to purchase prior service
as creditable service.
