HB 102 -- Appropriations

Sponsor:  Troupe

Under this bill when funds appropriated to a state department or
agency by the General Assembly to provide benefits or services
for the citizens of Missouri are not used to provide those
benefits or services, an amount, equal to the appropriation will
be deducted from the next fiscal year's core budget of the
department or agency.

The deduction may be waived if approved by the Chair of the
House Budget Committee and the Chair of the Senate
Appropriations Committee.
