This bill repeals expired sections of law relating to:

(1)  St. Louis City firemen's retirement and relief systems;

(2)  Capital improvement sales tax (Eldon);

(3)  Rulemaking procedures;

(4)  Tax liens;

(5)  Fuel and ethanol blends;

(6)  Midwestern higher education compact;

(7)  Missouri Rehabilitation Center at Mt. Vernon;

(8)  Quarantine violations;

(9)  Division of Aging and Division of Family Services pilot
project;

(10)  Missouri Foster and Group Home Placement Task Force;

(11)  Labor/employer advisory committee;

(12)  Department of Mental Health Review Committee for
Purchasing;

(13)  Ethanol and other renewable fuel sources commission;

(14)  Probationary appointment of peace officers;

(15)  Energy conservation project loans to local governments;

(16)  Energy conservation project loans to small businesses;

(17)  Adult day care program;

(18)  Nursing care services; and

(19)  Alternative fuel use by state agencies.

This bill also removes references to the repealed sections in
other sections of law.
