HB 1010 -- MOSERS Average Compensation Calculation

Co-Sponsors:  Hoppe, Murray

This bill adds new language to the definition of average
compensation for the Missouri State Employees Retirement System
pertaining to legislative assistants.  Such employees' average
compensation will be calculated on the average monthly salary
for the highest 3 consecutive legislative sessions, as if the
employee had received the salary for 36 consecutive months.
