HB 1008 -- Lease-Purchase Agreements

This bill defines "owner," as used within the definition for
"employee" in the workers' compensation laws, as a person to
whom title to equipment has been issued, a person who has the
right to exclusive use of equipment pursuant to a lease-purchase
agreement, or a person who has lawful possession of equipment
registered and licensed in any state in his or her name.
