HB 867 - This act allows the Board of Optometry to obtain court orders against persons who practice or offer to practice optometry without a license or whose practice presents a serious danger to patients. The court order must be requested and issued in the county of the offense. Such requests may be in addition to other actions provided for in Chapter 336, RSMo, and may be brought simultaneously.
