FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) assumes this proposal authorizes a restricted use easement for ingress and egress across a portion of Taum Sauk Mountain State Park. The DNR assumes they would not be responsible for any development, signing, or maintenance of the easement. The DNR assumes the center line of the road easement has already been surveyed, therefore, the DNR does not anticipate additional survey costs. The DNR assumes there are no other direct fiscal impacts to the DNR.
