DESCRIPTION

This proposal would require campaign finance reports filed by statewide candidates, reflecting contributions in excess of $5,000, to be done electronically, beginning January 1, 2000.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
