FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
Small businesses who sell wine will now be allowed to sell brandy under the same circumstances. This could result in additional revenue for the business.


DESCRIPTION

This subject of this proposal is licensing for wine manufacturers. This proposal adds the words "brandy or brandies" to be included with the references to wine. This proposal also establishes the amount of alcohol by weight in brandy to not exceed thirty four percent.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
