DESCRIPTION
This proposal amends the Missouri Not for Profit Act by allowing a church to amend it's bylaws or articles by the approval of 2/3 of the votes cast by Church's members.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
