FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials from the Department of Social Services - Division of Family Services stated that this proposal will repeal several obsolete section of the law; e.g. references to the former Training School for Boys at Bonnville and/or Training School for Girls at Chillicothe and the methodology to be used for admitting a child to either facility. Since neither facility exists any longer, there is not need for the statutes. The DFS assumes assume that this proposal will not fiscally affect their agency.

Officials from the Department of Social Services - Division of Youth Services assume that this proposal will not fiscally affect their agency.

Officials from the Office of State Courts Administrator assume that this proposal will not fiscally affect their agency.

Officials from the Department of Corrections assume that this proposal will not fiscally affect their agency.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
