FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials from the Office of the State Courts Administrator assume the proposed legislation would not result in any appreciable change in the volume of civil litigation.

The Office of Attorney General, Office of Prosecution Services, and Office of the State Public Defender assume the proposed legislation would have no fiscal impact on their agencies.

The proposed legislation would grant civil immunity to some volunteers doing specific youth-related activities.
