DESCRIPTION

This act modifies Section 304.170.4 by allowing recreational motor vehicles (up to 45 feet) to be operated upon the highways. Current law states that a single motor vehicle cannot be operated upon the highways if it is over 40 feet.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
