AN ACT
To repeal section 198.439, RSMo Supp. 1998, relating to nursing facility reimbursement allowance, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to the same subject.
Section A. Section 198.439, RSMo Supp. 1998, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 198.439, to read as follows:
198.439. Sections 198.401 to 198.436 shall expire on September 30, [1999] 2002.
