AN ACT
To amend chapter 303, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to underinsured motor vehicle coverage.
Section A. Chapter 303, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 303.383, to read as follows:
303.383. Any underinsured motor vehicle coverage with limits of liability less than two times the limits for bodily injury or death pursuant to section 303.030 shall be construed to provide coverage in excess of the liability coverage of any underinsured motor vehicle involved in the accident.
