AN ACT
Authorizing the governor to convey certain state property to the city of Osage Beach.
Section 1. 1. The governor is hereby authorized and empowered to give, grant, bargain and convey to the city of Osage Beach, Missouri, property used for the Lee C. Fine Memorial Airport which is located within the Lake of Ozarks State Park. The property to be conveyed to the city of Osage Beach, Missouri, by the state of Missouri is more particularly described as follows:
Tract #1
That part of Section 23, T39N, R15W of the 5th P.M., Miller County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of said Section 23; thence southwesterly 2000 feet, more or less, to the intersection of the west line of the E ½ of the E ½ of Section 23 and the centerline of the county road crossing said west line; thence south on said west line 2460 feet, more or less, to the NW corner of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 23; thence west to the NW corner of the SW ¼ of said SE ¼; thence southwesterly to the south line of Section 23, 1000 feet east of the SW corner thereof; thence west 1000 feet to said SW corner; thence north to the NW corner of Section 23; thence east to the point of beginning. (Said tract contains 438 acres, more or less.)

The South 2400 feet of that part of the SE ¼ of Section 22, T39N, R15W of the 5th P.M., Miller County, Missouri, lying east of the easterly right-of-way line of relocated State Highway 134. (Said tract
contains 44 acres, more or less.)

That part of Section 27, T39N, R15W of the 5th P.M., Miller County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of said Section 27; thence south on the easterly line of Section 27 to the SE corner of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 27; thence in a southwesterly direction to the SE corner of the SE ¼ of Section 27; thence west on the southerly line of said SW ¼ to the easterly right-of-way line of relocated State Highway 134; thence in a northeasterly direction on said right-of-way line to the north line of said Section 27; thence east on the northerly line of Section 27 to the point of beginning. Also, that part of Section 27, T39N, R15W of the 5th P.M., Miller County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at a point 600 feet northeast of the SE corner of the SW ¼ of Section 27 on a line running from the SW corner of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 26, T39N, R15W to the SE corner of the SW ¼ Section 27; thence east on a line parallel with the south line of Section 27, 300 feet; thence northeastwardly 2100 feet to the point of intersection with a line running from the SW corner of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 26, T39N, R15W to the SE corner of the SW ¼ Section 27; thence southwestwardly to the point of beginning. (Said tract contains 199 acres, more or less.)Tract #6
That part of Section 26, T39N, R15W of the 5th P.M., Miller County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of said Section 26; thence east on the northerly line of Section 26 1000 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction to the SW corner of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 26; thence north on the westerly line of Section 26 to the point of beginning. (Said tract contains 15 acres, more or less.)2. The attorney general shall approve the form of the instrument of conveyance.
