SJR 22 - This proposed constitutional amendment authorizes
counties to create districts, and establish a governing body to
administer, community mental health services. Boards would be
allowed to levy a property tax rate of no more than 10 cents per
$100 assessed valuation, but could levy up to 40 cents with
approval of a majority of voters in the district.
