SJR 18 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if adopted by Missouri voters, would make changes to the budget requesting and reporting procedures for the University of Missouri.

The Board of Curators shall annually provide a budget, by campus, including the allocation of appropriations, actual distributions of appropriations, revenue sources and fund expenditures for the current and previous fiscal years. Funds shall be appropriated to the University of Missouri by campus. Funds not expended at a campus at the end of a fiscal year shall be reported to the General Assembly by appropriations item. Budget requests and reports of the University of Missouri shall be in a form that enables comparisons with previous requests and expenditures on a year-by-year and on a campus-by-campus basis.
