SB 366 - This act authorizes a state income tax credit equal
to ten percent of all property taxes paid to the state of
Missouri or to any of its political subdivisions. The credit is
not refundable, and would apply to all taxable years beginning on
or after January 1, 2000. The Director of Revenue is authorized
to promulgate rules and regulations to administer the credit.
