SB 365 - This act requires school districts to adopt a policy on student participation in state academic assessments. The policy shall be distributed to parents and students each year, and may establish a system of rewards and punishments to encourage students to do their best on the assessments.
The act also provides that the State Board of Education may
not establish any single test or group of tests as a requirement
for graduation or a requirement for a state-approved diploma.
