SB 357 - This act grants an easement for a road into private property located within the Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park. The easement is approximately 20 feet wide.
The Department of Natural Resources is prohibited from exercising the option, included in the original act, to purchase this land.
This act is similar to HB 800.
