SB 323 - This act requires public libraries that provide Internet access to establish a policy identifying Internet sites which patrons may not access, and install and maintain filtering software to block access to the sites, in order to be eligible to receive state money. The libraries must ensure that adult patrons may access the unfiltered sites upon request, at a location where the information may not be accessed by or displayed to minors.
