Current Bill Summary

SB 305 - This act allows the surviving spouse or personal representative of a deceased dentist, or a person legally authorized to act for an incapacitated dentist, to continue the dentist's practice for a period of twenty-four months following the death or incapacitation. Any other acts described in Section 332.071(10), RSMo, may also be performed, provided that the person representing the dentist must employ persons licensed to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in Missouri.

This act is similar to HB 409 (TAT).
