SB 257 - This act requires the placement of warning signs in establishments selling or serving alcoholic beverages. Any person with a license to sell or serve alcoholic beverages must place a warning sign on the premises stating that drinking alcoholic beverages during pregnancy may cause birth defects. Anyone violating this provision is guilty of an infraction.
