HCS/SCS/SBs 240, 226, and 229 - This act allows the cities
of Lebanon, Grain Valley, Independence, Hollister, Desloge, Bonne
Terre, Park Hills and Leadwood to impose tourism taxes not to
exceed five percent per occupied room per night for the promotion
of tourism. This tax is subject to a vote of the people in each
community.
