SB 227 - This act repeals the provision in Section 312.100, RSMo, setting the cost of an authorizing permit for the sale and consumption on premises of nonintoxicating beer at twenty five dollars and increases the cost of the same to three hundred dollars. This act also increases the cost of a permit for the sale of nonintoxicating beer by grocers, other merchants, and dealers, in the original package, direct to the consumer from fifteen dollars to three hundred dollars.
