|Title:||SCS SB 211|
|Effective Date:||August 28, 1999|
SCS/SB 211 - This act concerns the establishment and distribution of trusts within the Missouri family Trust. It reenacts Sections 402.199 to 402.217, RSMo. These sections, along with Sections 473.657 and 473.093, RSMo, were originally passed in SB 768 in 1996. The act also deletes all references to the word "handicap"
and replaces them with the word "disability". In addition, the
Department of Mental Health is removed from certain portions of

provider of benefits. This act is substantially similar to HB
