SB 119 - This act lowers the cost of obtaining a nondriver's
license card from $7.50 to $5.00. The nondriver's license card
shall expire five years from the date of issuance. In addition, a
person obtaining the age of seventy years shall be issued a
nonexpiring nondriver's license card.
