SB 93 - This act clarifies the duties and powers of the Attorney General. The Attorney General will negotiate and have the power to settle any desegregation cases against the state. The act obligates the Attorney General to defend the constitutionality of statutes, and restricts conflicting representation of other agencies, officials or other parties.

This act is similar to SB 585 (1998).
