SB 88 - This act establishes a tax credit voucher system for voters. Persons voting in each statewide election would receive a voucher with their ballot. The voter attaches the vouchers to his income tax return, and takes a $10 credit per voucher off of his or her taxes, however, no refund is granted.
The governing body of each political subdivision has the
authority to approve such a voucher system for its political
subdivision elections.
