SB 7 - This act re-authorizes the Commission on the Special
Health, Psychological, and Social Needs of Minority Older
Individuals within the Division of Aging, Department of Social
Services. The Commission will be responsible for preparing an
annual report which will include an overview of special health
needs of the minority elderly. The report should also identify
problems experienced by the minority elderly in obtaining
services and alternative solutions to those problems.
