FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials from the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Office of State Courts Administrator, Department of Corrections assume this proposal would not fiscally impact their agencies.

The Department of Mental Health assumes no fiscal impact as a result of the proposed legislation. The number of disqualified persons requesting an appeal of a disqualification will be fewer than 100 per year. Therefore any additional staff work required by this proposal can be absorbed by current staff.
