HCS/SB 241 - This act contains several sections pertaining to tax levies on property.

STORM WATER PROJECTS - Certain counties may use the Special Road and Bridge Fund for storm water control projects off rights-of-way which are directly related to the construction of roads and bridges. The counties specified are Jasper, Greene, Boone, Cole and Jackson.

PROPERTY CLASSIFICATIONS - The subclass of residential property shall include boat docks used to dock boats used as a residence. Agricultural property shall include property used to breed and board horses.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY REVIEW - Rules by the State Tax Commission on the productive value of agricultural and horticultural land shall be published in odd-numbered years, and they shall go into effect in the next odd-numbered year only if the General Assembly does not disapprove the rule with 60 calendar days.
