SB 376 - This act restricts the use of vessels on the Lake of the Ozarks. No more than seven vessels may be bound together in one raft on the lake, and no more than three may be put together along the shore in a cove in the state park area. Penalty provisions are added for boat operators and owners. Boats may be dispersed by the State Water Patrol.

Prohibitions are made against public nudity which are a little more strict than in Chapter 566, RSMo. Additional authority is given to the State Water Patrol and county sheriffs. Forfeiture provisions are added for violations of this act which are at least a Class A misdemeanor.
