SB 322 - This act pertains to student and faculty representatives to the governing boards of the University of Missouri, Lincoln University, Truman State University and the state four-year universities and colleges.

Each student representative shall be allowed to attend all meetings of the governing board, including closed meetings. The nonvoting faculty representative shall be appointed by the Governor for a term of three years from a list of three names provided by the faculty organization. The act provides for one faculty representative to the governing board of each institution listed above, except that four faculty representatives shall be appointed to the Board of Curators of the University of Missouri, one from each campus.

This act is similar to HB 39 from 1997.
