SB 186 - Section 313.010, RSMo, pertains to conducting bingo games. Any bona fide religious, charitable, fraternal, veterans' or service organization which has been in existence for at least five years and has had twenty bona fide members may after discussing conduct bingo games.

This act will require that at least one-half the members of the organization be members for at least two years before bingo games may be conducted by the organization.
