SB 133 - This act extends the establishment of the crime "misuse of emergency telephone service" from Greene County to the whole state. This crime is punishable as a Class B misdemeanor.

An individual commits the crime of misusing the emergency telephone service when he repeatedly, defined in the act as more than three times in one month, call "911" for nonemergency situations or when he purposely reports false emergency situations.
