SB 105 - This act makes several changes for the formation and operation of cooperative companies. The minimum number of persons required to form a cooperative is reduced from 12 to 5. The maximum percentage of shares for one person is raised from 10% to 20%. The prohibition against promoting the cooperative is repealed.
