SCS/SB 441 - This act allows counties that contain a Corps of Engineers lake with a shoreline between 800 and 900 miles to levy a tourism tax of up to two percent. The tax could be levied on a portion of the county and expenditures would be disbursed by a newly created Tourism Development Board.
