HB 95 -- EMERGENCY TELEPHONE USE

The bill makes it a class B misdemeanor to misuse emergency
telephone services by repeated calls, defined by the bill as
more than 3 times in one month, to 911 or purposely reporting
false emergency situations.  Currently this is a crime only in
Greene County.  This bill establishes the crime statewide.
