This bill authorizes the Governor to convey a piece of state
property to St. Mary's Hospital located in Jefferson City.

The bill also authorizes the Governor to convey a piece of
property used by the National Guard in Warren County to the City
of Warrenton for the purposes of street improvements.

This bill authorizes the Governor to convey a piece of state
property to St. Mary's Hospital located in Jefferson City.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.  *Does not include the
loss of land to be conveyed with an approximate value of $3,900.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that this bill takes approximately
1/3 of an acre on Wears Creek, located at the corner of Highway
50 and Missouri Boulevard and gives it to St. Mary's Hospital.
The land is going to be used for parking purposes.

Testifying for the bill was Representative Gratz.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
