registered from 73,280 pounds to 80,000 pounds.

on Motor Vehicle and Traffic Regulations by a vote of 12 to 0.

The maximum gross weight for which a land improvement
contractors' commercial motor vehicle may be registered is

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that land improvement equipment is
getting heavier and cannot get an overweight permit.  This will
brings land improvement contractors' commercial motor vehicle
plate in compliance with other plates.
