This bill authorizes municipalities to provide for the
codification or compilation of their general ordinances.
"Codification" and "compilation" are defined, and the powers of
the codifier are specified.  A code may be received in evidence
when certified by the municipal clerk.  Municipalities must make
provisions for keeping codes and compilations updated, and 3
copies must be kept on file and available to the public.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
