HB 438 -- WOLFNER LIBRARY TRUST FUND

This bill establishes a fund in the state treasury called the
Wolfner Library Trust Fund, where federal grants, gifts, and
other funds contributed to the Wolfner Library will be
deposited.  Any unused balance of the fund, including interest,
will remain in the fund and will not be transferred to the
General Revenue Fund at the end of 2 years.
