Allowance Fund is $0 for FY 1998, FY 1999, and FY 2000.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that extension of the current
federal reimbursement allowance program provides Missouri the
best fiscal option for Medicaid provider reimbursement.

Testifying for the bill were: Representative Lumpe; Department
of Social Services; and the Missouri Hospital Association.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
