This bill allows a campaign committee, upon the death of the
candidate, former candidate, or elected official, to use
campaign contributions for the purpose of making an
unconditional gift to a fund established for the benefit of the
deceased's spouse and children.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that this bill is in response to the
