SCS/HJR 16 - This resolution, subject to voter approval, would change the deadline for filing initiative petitions with the Secretary of State from 4 to 6 months before the election.

The amendment would be submitted for voter approval at the November, 1998, general election, or at a special election called by the Governor for this purpose.

This act is identical to SJR 13.
